I was lucky to find Bill via Zillow and I had a wonderful experience purchasing my home with him. He is knowledgeable, patience, and upfront about the pros and cons of each option I chose. He is also very responsive without being pushy, accommodating, and approachable. It was a true pleasure to work with him and I have learned a lot about the entire process of purchasing a home in Tahoe. However, to purchase my home, he ended up referring me to Kimberly Cramer due to conflict (he was the listing agent). I had a wonderful experience with both of them, and I appreciated the effort to make sure she represented my interests. Also, that she was energetic to get stuff done. I wish I could post a review only for her but Zillow doesn't allow it.
